Pinalli is a mid-sized Italian retailer that distributes beauty and personal-care products through a network of stores and an online platform, serving consumers seeking these items. The company originated in 1984 in Fiorenzuola d'Arda, Emilia-Romagna, when founders Luigi Pinalli and Liliana Segalini opened a perfumery; over time it expanded to about 75 beauty stores across eight regions in Northern and Central Italy, including Lombardia, Emilia-Romagna, Veneto, Piemonte, Liguria, Toscana, Trentino-Alto Adige, and Marche. It integrates its physical shops with digital touchpoints, allowing shoppers in stores to browse the e-commerce catalog and place orders online if a product isn't available in-store. The online platform, launched in 2012 and recently renewed, provides a consistent shopping experience for beauty and body-care products across its footprint. In April 2026, Pinalli announced a collaboration with ISC-CX, reflecting ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience and operations.
