Pinnacle Design & Consulting was established in 1997 as a full service commercial and residential architectural design firm.  With a talented staff of 11 architects, designers, illustrators and draftspersons, we have become a leading full-service architectural design firm in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. Our commercial architectural group has diverse experience in office buildings, space planning, recreational and educational buildings, churches, retail centers, and clubhouses. We count among our clients several of the country’s largest and most respected production homebuilders, and we also design high-end custom homes for several prestigious local custom builders. We have an in-house staff of gifted artists who produce architectural renderings, brochures, and a variety of marketing materials that are unique for each client. In summary, we can provide the homebuilder and developer with everything from architectural design to 3-dimensional visualizations, value engineering, and a complete line of marketing materials. Pinnacle Design and Consulting has been involved in projects in Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware and New Jersey.
