Pio Costa Enterprises is a diverse and interesting real estate management company. The founder, Anthony Pio Costa II, left a legacy of varied interests; including ownership of two race tracks, a diner, a land development company, Melody Top Jazz in the Woods, and a paving business, to name a few.
Under the direction of Anthony Pio Costa III this legacy continues. Today Pio Costa Enterprises has interest in varied entities and projects, some of which are outlined within this site. 
Presently our focus has become the development of large country estates in Montville. This project will be known as Sky Top Estates, which is presently the home of Anthony III. Two other focal points are under consideration a mixed development in Independence Township and a retail development in Hampton Township. These projects will be titled Town Centre and Hampton Square/Crossings respectively. 
Pio Costa Enterprises is positioned to grow. With the new direction of the third generation and the solid foundation laid by the previous two, we find ourselves looking forward to a plethora of opportunities.
