PIRO is a comprehensive jewelry management system developed and offered by MindSpark LLC, a company founded in New York City in late 2007. Since its launch in 2011, PIRO has evolved to meet the changing needs of the jewelry industry, with additional features such as a customer portal, QuickBooks and e-commerce integrations.

The most significant improvement was the cloud version of PIRO, called PIRO Fusion, which was released in 2017 and became the core product as the jewelry market embraced cloud-based systems.

During this time, not only have our products evolved, but our team and services have also undergone substantial and positive transformations. From a team of 5 developers, we have grown to over 50 professionals, comprising essential departments such as Development, Testing/QA, Support, Product Development, DevOps, Billing, as well as Marketing & Sales.
