P.K. Management Group, Inc. (PKMG) is a national real estate management company with extensive experience in managing, preserving and providing environmental services for residential and commercial properties. Since its inception in 2005, the firm has performed as both a Prime Contractor for Federal agencies and operated as a Subcontractor to various government and private sector clients.

PKMG is currently the sole Prime Contractor serving as Field Service Manager (FSM) in six (6) Contract Areas for the HUD M&M 3.6 Field Service Management (FSM) Project and as well as for Area 2D for the HUD M&M 3.8 Project. The states in these areas include IL, IN, KY, TN, NC, SC, MS, AL, NV, ID, WA, OR, AK, OK, MO, LA, South TX, KS, and AR.  During the previous Management and Marketing (M&M III) Program, PKMG served as a Prime FSM Contractor in nine states and territories and as a subcontractor providing quality control, property inspection, and environmental services to an additional portfolio of HUD homes across 38 states.

This brings PKMG’s HUD Property Management to nineteen (19) states. In the past few years, PKMG has been awarded Prime Contracts by HUD, FDIC, and USDA based on the strength of its experience of providing superior property management, preservation, and environmental services to Federal government agencies. In addition, PKMG continues to expand its commercial client base to include banks, mortgage servicers, and other government agencies.

PKMG also serves the demand for property management and leasing services. We have the experienced personnel and resources to manage assets for Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSE) and institutional investors with diverse real estate holdings.
