Aluminum Fabrication. Main products are Aluminum Louvers. Quality Extruded Aluminum Fixed Louvers proudly made in the USA! We offer 2-inch depth Louvers  and 4-inch depth Louvers.  Our 2" fixed louver is 2.0" in depth with a 1.25" front mounting flange. We offer paintable "mill finish", "white powder coat" semi-gloss finish, or "custom" powder coat colors (call for custom color price, also see Service/FAQ web page). Our standard 2" Louver comes with 1/4" grid, 23-gage galvanized bird screen on the back. Insect screen or bird screen with dust filters are available options. The mitered cut frame and riveted blades are constructed of heavy duty .055" thick aluminum extruded in America.  Specify the opening size to the nearest 1/4".  Our 4-inch louvers are welded and come in front mounting "Flange Frame Style" or "Channel Frame" style. The front flange is 2 inches wide. The 4-inch models use 1/2" grid Expanded Aluminum for Bird Screen.
