Plastibell (groupe DTP) is a facility within CLAYENS Healthcare, the healthcare arm of the CLAYENS Group, located in Izernore in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. It sits within CLAYENS’ international network of medical-device manufacturing sites, which includes 12 healthcare plants in France, the United States, Mexico and Poland, nine cleanrooms (ISO7/ISO8) and 33 plants worldwide. The CLAYENS Group provides end-to-end support to customers in the medical sector—covering medical devices, pharmaceuticals and diagnostics—from concept through production, with services such as design, prototyping, industrialization, qualification and validation, regulatory support and manufacturing. Its product output includes syringes, auto-injectors, aerosols, surgical kits and orthopedic implants, as well as in vitro diagnostics and hospital kits. In 2026, the group expanded into aerospace by acquiring the aerospace operations of Vision Systems and creating a dedicated aerospace business unit.
