Platinum Homes helps your dream home become reality. Every one-of-a-kind residential home built by Platinum Homes is specifically designed around your individual desires and the distinct qualities of the property it sets on.

We provide turnkey build-to-suit services from conceptual planning and design, site analysis to construction completion. We also inventory beautiful multi acre view lots for our customers to purchase and build on.

We design and build only 5–7 homes per year in the $1 million+ range. Our volume is limited to provide each client our undivided attention during construction. We primarily build in south Metro Denver, Douglas County, Castle Rock, Parker, Sedalia, Elizabeth, Franktown, and Monument. However, we can build a project anywhere on the Colorado Front Range.

Platinum Homes embraces state of the art building and energy saving construction technologies. However, we support only those technologies and building practices that can demonstrate a reasonable ROI and payback period for our clients.
