Play Rugby uses the unique power of rugby to inspire and empower youth, primarily from underserved communities, to Go Forward and realize their true potential.

We support over 1,100 student-athletes in NYC each year, primarily through our flag rugby afterschool programs and tournaments at schools and CBO's, as well as our year-round Academy program, which features tackle rugby and wraparound support in a community-based setting.

Through our unique values-based curriculum, these young people build and develop the social and emotional skills needed to be successful on the field, in the classroom, at home and in their communities.
