Player Capital's goal is to give each student a limitless foundation. Students from our program will gain the foundation to take them to whatever level they are committed to and not limited by poor technique or undeveloped coordination patterns.
In addition, Player Capital strives to create physically and emotionally healthy individuals through their tennis training. Emotionally, our tennis training helps students with discipline, personal achievement, self-esteem, and time management. Physically, we focus on natural posture which lets energy flow through the body naturally. Many call this the secret to athletics, stillness in motion. Proper posture not only enhances performances, but promotes long-term health by protecting major joints such as shoulders, back, hips, and knees.
