At Plum Tree Realty we allow our agents to keep 100% of their commissions.  Agents pay a single monthly fee of just $275 per month and then keep all of their commissions. We charge no transaction fees or any other fees at any time!  So the entire cost is just $3,300 per year.  So, if you plan to sell at least one house per year, you should certainly consider being a part of our team.  You will make much more money with our system than any of the other brokerages in the area!
