PM&C was created in 2005 to provide owners, architects, real estate developers and financial institutions peace of mind during construction projects.  Our in-depth expertise in cost and project management enables our clients to focus on what they do best, while we ensure that they are getting the best-value for their money.

Our company concentrates on three main services:

Construction Cost Consulting:	Our in-house cost consultants help set realistic budgets and conduct detailed cost estimates at all design stages.  We also provide value engineering recommendations, cost studies and reconcile estimates with construction management firms, contractors and other estimating firms.

Project Controls: 	Reporting, forecasting and managing the overall project progress are the tools our clients gain when PM&C is providing Project Control Services. We become partners from the onset and work hand in hand with our clients throughout the entire project to closeout.

Construction Monitoring:  We work closely with lending institutions to monitor construction projects to assure funding is properly accounted and risk minimized to the lender. We accomplish this by site visits and in-depth review of all change orders, monthly requisition requests, and lien waiver reviews. We also assist with insurance and surety claims to help resolve potential cost exposure.
