At Point-B, I care about leaders and teams in their efforts to get from where they are to where they want to be.  I am an executive coach and offer coaching, training, and facilitation to help you take care of what you care about.  I design and deliver custom programs and also contract for training and development courses.  My program designs are hands on, using the Do-Be Model for Leadership and Teamwork℠ to ground participant learning in an understanding of how teams need a dichotomy of both task and process leadership in order to reach high performance.  Moreover, this model helps leaders understand how the "doing" and "being" of a team may be best supported as teams face different challenges, from tactical problem solving to multi-stakeholder collaborations.
