Polarbröd är ett familjeföretag med hundraåriga traditioner i norrländsk brödkultur. Under de 51 år det moderna företaget funnits har det vuxit från ett litet familjebageri till Sveriges tredje största producent av matbröd. 2024 omsatte Polarbrödskoncernen 1,4 miljarder kronor med hjälp av våra 269 anställda. Polarbröd sålde drygt 30 000 ton bröd under förra året.  

Vi är verksamma i Älvsbyn, Bredbyn och Umeå. Vårt huvudkontor ligger i Älvsbyn. I Bredbyn ligger Polarbröds andra bageri som är världens största tunnbrödsbageri. I Umeå finns vårt marknads- och kommunikationskontor.

Utöver brödverksamheten finns även energibolaget Polarkraft AB i koncernen som från hösten 2014 producerar vindel för koncernens behov. Polarbröd är självförsörjande på förnybar energi och vill vara en positiv kraft för omgivningen i omställningen mot en uthållig försörjning.
