Fast. Strong. Portable.
The original polyurethane backfill solution for utilities.

Polecrete® Stabilizer is a rapid-setting alternative to traditional concrete and aggregate backfill for utility pole installation and remediation. Designed for demanding field conditions, it is supplied in compact, easy-to-transport units and requires minimal equipment to deploy. Once mixed and poured, it expands and cures quickly to deliver consistent structural support, helping crews complete work efficiently while improving safety and long-term asset reliability.

The problems with traditional backfill.
Conventional pole setting methods using concrete or aggregate often create logistical and operational challenges, including heavy material handling, greater equipment demands, and longer cure times that can slow job completion. Over the service life, aggregate can settle or wash out and leave voids that reduce stability, while neither method inherently protects the ground line, the most failure-prone zone for decay and structural deterioration.

Polecrete Stabilizer addresses these limitations by expanding to fill voids, setting quickly, and providing durable, ground-line support with reduced material handling and fewer equipment requirements.

Mix. Pour. Set.
Polecrete Stabilizer is a two-part system that is mixed on site using a simple, controlled process. Once combined, the material is poured directly into the excavation around the pole, where it expands to fill voids and encapsulate the ground line. Within minutes, it sets into a rigid, closed-cell structure that resists moisture intrusion and soil movement.

Why crews use it:
Reduced lifting and manual handling
Fewer open-hole hazards
Minimal heavy equipment requirements
Faster return to climb-ready conditions
Less exposure time at the ground line
Works year-round in any temperature

Set in 15 minutes and climb-ready in 30, Polecrete Stabilizer helps crews move on without extended site occupation.
