Polkomtel sp. z o.o. operates the Plus mobile network in Poland, serving approximately 13.5 million users with voice and data services and enabling widespread mobile internet access. Since its launch in 1996, the company has driven the introduction and expansion of data transmission capabilities to support faster connectivity across urban and more remote areas. Its offerings extend beyond core voice services to include data-centric services, information, entertainment and location-based services, as well as mobile payments, targeting both residential users and business customers. The company is based in Warsaw, Greater Poland region. 

The network reaches a large portion of Poland, with LTE coverage affecting about 66.7% of the population and HSPA/HSPA+ covering around 99.6%. In June 2025, NativeWaves GmbH announced a collaboration with Polsat Plus Group, reflecting ongoing partnerships within the group that includes Polkomtel’s operations.
