PUCC has been dedicated to serving our engineering, municipal, and industrial clients in a personal and professional manner. PUCC has been involved in water, sewer, and storm pipe replacment and rehabilitation projects ranging in size from $8,000,000 to $20,000. We have worked in some of the largest cities in the country like Houston, Atlanta, Knoxville, Nashville, & Jacksonville, and we have worked in some of the smallest towns like our very own Portland, TN. PUCC is dedicated to the pipe rehabilitation and rehabilitation market. We currenly repair, replace, and rehabilitate pipe by means of Pipe Bursting, UV CIPP, Open Cut, and CIPP Spot Repairs.
