Powder Mountain in Eden, Utah, operates as a multi-season alpine destination that blends outdoor recreation, art, and community connections. Powder Haven is a private-ski community of about 650 families spanning 12,000 acres, overlooking the Great Salt Lake, with private lifts and year-round amenities including lodges and access to a land art park. Powder Art Foundation operates as a non-profit that presents an open-air museum of site-specific artworks integrated into the terrain, accessible for hiking and biking in summer and fall and skiable in winter with a season pass. In 2023 Powder Mountain launched a private-slopes-and-lifts business model as part of its growth strategy.
