We are located in South Texas with clients throughout the United States as well as internationally. PES, established in 1993, has an elite staff of engineers and technicians with a broad spectrum of testing capabilities. PES performs electrical system analyses, along with acceptance and maintenance testing of electrical distributions. Our professional staff has contributed to the successful completion of major generation, distribution, and commercial projects throughout the world. POWER SYSTEM STUDIES PES perform engineering analyses including short circuit, protective device coordination, arc flash, harmonic analysis, load flow, motor starting, and voltage drop studies utilizing the latest engineering software. FIELD SERVICES PES is committed to providing only the highest caliber of professional technicians and engineers in addition to the latest standard of methodology and equipment. Our testing capabilities range from low-voltage power distribution to the commissioning of utility substations. Additionally, PES provides emergency response services that are available 24/7. HIGH-VOLTAGE TESTING LAB PES is a NAIL Accredited facility for testing high voltage rubber protective goods. We test to the latest ASTM/ANSI Standards and have proudly served the Texas electrical industry for over 25 years.
