PowerWave® was founded in 2014 by Jay Laville as a way to bring intensive workouts into the 21st century and give people back two of their most precious commodities – time and health.

More than just a training device, PowerWave® is portable and includes many different workouts, specifically designed meal plans and a social network to keep you in touch with other local enthusiasts.
