The underlying technology was co-developed by two world-renowned cardiologists and innovators, Dr. James Joye (El Camino Hospital, California, U.S.A) and Dr. Richard Heuser (St. Luke’s Hospital, Phoenix, Arizona), who are internationally recognized experts in peripheral artery disease (PAD).
