Heidi Spinella, PMP, founder of Practical PM is an engaging speaker, effective consultant, passionate educator and skilled facilitator with over twenty five years experience in project management, business process re-engineering and leadership development.

Heidi has been an avid environmentalist for over thirty years and has gained experience in a myriad of environmental initiatives including acting as Database Manager for the largest Acid Rain monitoring project in the nation.  

Heidi sees strategic sustainability as a way to move towards a prosperous, sustainable future by integrating environmental and social stewardship with economic management best practices.  Heidi has authored and presents several Strategic Sustainability presentations, workshops, and webinars  for organizations interested in adopting sustainable business practices.
