James E. Trimmer founded Precise Forms Inc. in March of 1967, to be operated using strict standards in every aspect. These standards were achieved through his active involvement in the industry and his first-hand exposure to the contractor's needs. These standards ensure that you, our valued customer, are pleased with everything that you receive.

We start at the very beginning with the highest quality raw materials. From there our manufacturing team is painstakingly exact in their production to prevent any problems in the field. We have installed robot welders to ensure consistent welds and increased productivity. The shipping department knows exactly how to get your order to you when you need it. Precise started as, and still is today, a family owned and operated business with sights set for aggressive contractors and their needs. Thanks to the quality of Precise's service and products we have been able to grow from a small building 1967, to over 150,000 square feet and still growing. Expansion into the international market has been greeted with fantastic response.
