At Precision Ground, we specialize in custom mold components for plastic injection molding. We are known for our quality cavity and gate inserts; ejector, core, and other pins; ejector sleeves; stripper bushings and rings; and complete stack-up tooling. Tight tolerances, thin walls, and intricately detailed components are challenges we overcome daily to meet the diverse needs of every mold. We provide the precision and quality demanded by a wide array of industries. World class closure, medical, and automotive companies are just a few of the manufacturers building upon our solid craftsmanship. With industry-wide experience and a constant strive to expand our capacities, we are confident in taking on almost any custom molding component you require.

Currently we provide turning; milling; wire, sinker, and small hole EDMing; ID, OD, centerless, surface, and profile grinding; gundrilling; honing; and produce virtually every round mold component. We make large use of our many fully automated CNC machines and extremely accurate digital readout systems for almost every process to ensure that every part is on specification and on time.  Each workstation has its own set of precision measuring instruments for checking every process in addition to our fully updated inspection department for evaluating finished components.
