Premier Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery (PDCS) was founded in 1978, in the Pike Creek Valley by Dr. Peter Panzer. In 1989, the practice began to expand with the addition of two more dermatologists: Dr. Scott Panzer and Dr. Helen Mashek. Dr. Chris Conti who specializes in Mohs surgery (microscopically controlled skin cancer removal) joined next.   Dr. Paul Sabini, a facial plastic surgeon followed and expanded our services to include cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. We then added two excellent dermatologists: Dr. Lori Spencer and Dr. Matthew Hanson.   We now occupy a Newark and Middletown location. More recently, dermatologists, Dr. Eric Oliet and Dr. Gina Caputo have joined as well as plastic surgeon, Dr. John Roussalis.  7 physician’s assistants, 3 nurse practitioners and almost 90 support staff make up the current version of PDCS.   We also incorporated in-house dermatopathology services which provide slide preparation, special stains and pathology readings by our board certified dermatopathologist.
