In 1996, Bill Bowen founded Premier Hotel Corporation for the purpose of translating this experience into a wholly-owned hotel development and management firm. In addition to managing hotel properties throughout the United States and Caribbean, PHC has executed the ground-up development of hotel assets with a combined value in excess of $132,000,000. PHC’s development and management experience extends across all major hotel brands, including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham. PHC is also an experienced developer, owner, and operator of independent hotel properties.
