EXPERIENCE Established in 1999 as Cumberland Medical Services by a group of individuals desiring to provide drug testing services to companies, schools, government entities, etc., the company currently operates as Premier Integrity Solutions, Inc., with annual revenue of $8 million. Headquartered in Russell Springs, Kentucky but serving the nation with numerous testing options, devices, lab partnerships, it is Premier’s desire is to help stem the growing issue of drug abuse for employers and businesses.
