Brad Canfield founded Premier Staffing after a need for staffing solutions surfaced within his own company, CCB Packaging Inc. As a way to acquire quality workers, more easily, Brad started Premier Staffing in 2011. Through our friendly, loyal and exceptional customer service, Premier Staffing has developed a strong customer base within the Cedar Rapids and Waterloo areas. We pride ourselves on delivering professional and responsible associates to our customers by spending more time with clients and employees face-to-face to make a better match. 

In 2011, Premier Staffing Inc. started with one single employee. Today, we have a team of five experienced, hardworking individuals. Premier Staffing employs a number of associates at diverse companies around Eastern Iowa. We provide a connection between active job seekers and employers hoping to hire quality workers. Our expertise ranges from light industrial to clerical, even onto management and salaried staff. With our doors opening as early as 6:30 a.m., our staff is prepared and ready to be with you every step of the way.
