Premier Structures Inc. provides project and construction management services to real estate developers, building owners, managers, investors and others on a wide variety of projects.  We provide services during all phases of construction and development including:

Project scheduling
Cost estimating and budget planning
Contractor bidding, negotiation and award
Design management
Contractor oversight
Owner’s representative services
Permitting and regulatory approvals

We have successfully completed Class A office, retail, restaurant, hospitality, residential, mixed use, cultural, specialty and waterfront project assignments in northern and southern California.

Premier Structures Inc. is a licensed general contractor in the State of California and has successfully completed commercial tenant improvements, retail and restaurants, and specialty projects since 2005.

Premier Structures Inc. provides real estate development management services to owners, developers, institutions and financial partners primarily in San Francisco and northern California.  We specialize in public / private joint ventures, waterfront development, and adaptive reuse including historic structures.
