PREMIER Urgent Care was developed by a group of board-certified physicians who have provided years of medical services in the ER. Having worked in some of the country’s busiest emergency departments, Premier’s physician-founders were able to diagnose the problem from the inside. With emergency room visits often lasting *three and four hours, and with diminished access to primary care in general, it became clear that a viable alternative was needed—PREMIER Urgent Care is that alternative. At PREMIER we’ve cut the time of the average emergency room experience by nearly 75%! Our patients are seen by an experienced physician and/or physician assistant in about 20 minutes, and then treated and released in about an hour. Gone now are the days when a common cold would be ignored and a cut hastily bandaged all in an attempt to avoid a visit to the emergency room.
