Sarah Piccione is President & Chief Operating Officer of Costa Land Company and actively oversees and is responsible for the firm’s new investment deals, leasing activity and lease negotiations, and daily financial operations.  Ms. Piccione has completed lease transactions with national tenants including Shoe Carnival, FedEx Office, America's Best, and Pet Supermarket. More recently, she has successfully negotiated leases with Motherhood Maternity Outlet, Philippe Chow Express, and Jockey Outlet, as well as negotiated lease extensions with Chef's Kitchen New York and Old Navy at Plaza at the Pointe.

As an Advisory Board member for the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Carson Scholars Fund, Sarah has co-organized five charity auction events and five awards banquets for this chapter since its inception in 2004. Sarah's direct involvement with the annual Charity Auction Event has helped raise over $600,000 to award over 400 scholarships to Pittsburgh area students.

A Duquesne University graduate, Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 2000.
