Priestley Management Company was formed in the spring of 1990 by David Priestley. Since its inception, PMC has been a leading influence in the industry of community association management. PMC has been a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) since 1990. CAI is the leader in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals who support them. CAI’s members include homeowner association volunteer leaders, association managers, association management companies and other professionals that provide products and services to homeowner associations. Since 1994, PMC has had a CAI-certified Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) on staff. The majority of our association managers have received their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) professional designation from CAI.
