Prime Downhole Manufacturing is a precision machining and parts manufacture providing Engineering, Service, and Repair of downhole tools and petroleum industry equipment. With over 100 years of combined experience in manufacturing, machining, management, and sales, Prime Downhole Manufacturing can meet your machining and manufacturing needs, whatever they may be. Located on the northside of Houston just south of 1960 and 45, Prime currently has over 40,000 sq/ft of climate controlled manufacturing space and another 30,000 sq/ft of external space for excess material and equipment storage. Current capabilities include:

Prime Downhole Manufacturing currently maintains quality system certifications in API Q1 and ISO 9001 and also maintains a manufacturing certification with API 7-1. Some of the major components manufactured by Prime Downhole include drill bits, stabilizers, reamers, motor components, and bearings. Prime has also set itself apart by providing service and repair to rotors and stators for directional drilling.
