Prime Visibility has been acquired by Wpromote, the nation’s largest independent digital marketing agency based in El Segundo, California. The acquisition, which closed on March 31, 2017, establishes Wpromote’s East Coast presence, expands its offerings into new industries, and increases the firm’s staff to over 330 employees. Wpromote aims to help brands challenge the 800 lb gorillas of their industry and grow their market share through digital efforts.
