In June 2017, Prime Wellness was one of the first 12 companies licensed to grow and process medical marijuana in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Six months later, we secured a state permit to begin the grow process at our newly constructed 30,000 square-foot facility in Berks County's South Heidelberg Township. From the start, we've made clear our commitment to advancing health and wellness and delivering the very best quality products to dispensaries across Pennsylvania. Our facility cultivates and processes hand-selected strains exclusively for Pennsylvania dispensaries.  The “prime” family of products – launched in July - is pesticide-free.

Many of our team members are pioneers in cultivation - responsible for creating many of the existing standards in other states – with Acreage Holdings, our parent company. Together, with Acreage Holdings, we are committed to providing Pennsylvania dispensaries, patients and caregivers with a level of service that matches the quality of our product. 

Pennsylvania's medical marijuana industry has given us an opportunity to hire locally, and to support causes and programs within the Berks County community.  We also live and work in the same communities as our dispensary partners, patients and caregivers. That's why we take the time to cultivate close relationships with local civic and business leaders, health providers, academic medical centers, and other organizations.
