Primus Immobilien AG is a Berlin-based real estate developer with roots dating back to 1993. As a small- to mid-sized company, it has completed more than 250 realised projects, building a track record in the German market. The firm concentrates on creating buildings of durable, high-quality standards across residential, commercial, and holiday-property segments.

Its residential portfolio covers both old and new buildings for owner-occupiers and rental housing, alongside commercial spaces such as retail, offices, and hotels, and properties for holiday use. The company collaborates with established architects and tailors its design approach to location and target groups, offering styles that range from modern to timeless or classic and elegant. Quality is emphasized from the outset, extending through planning and project management to architecture, interior design, garden and landscape design, and technical building services to support long-term value.
