Prince Sterilization Services is a contract moist heat steam and dry heat sterilization and depyrogenation services provider located in New Jersey, USA. We serve the pharmaceutical, medical device, and other related industries. Our facilities are state-of-the-art and all sterilization processing and packaging are performed in clean rooms.  

Prince Sterilization specializes in the following services:

•	Moist heat steam sterilization (pulse pre-vac, gravity, and air-over-pressure)
              o Plastic bottles and tubing
              o Glass vials
              o Stoppers and seals
              o Cell culture bags
              o Manufacturing equipment (scissors, hemostats, forceps, etc.)
              o Terminal sterilization of liquids in sealed vessels (aseptically filled drug products in vials, IV bags, 
                  syringes, blow-fill-seal technologies, and others)

•	Dry heat sterilization
              o Heat resistant drug products and other materials
              o Liquids in sealed containers/ampoules

•	Depyrogenation
              o Glass vials
              o Manufacturing/process equipment (e.g. stainless steel)

•	Water for injection (WFI) washing
              o Capability to wash materials such as seals, stoppers, and glass vials with WFI prior to sterilization 
                  or depyrogenation. 
              o Lowers bioburden and endotoxin and also removes stubborn and potentially inhibitory residues. 
              o The WFI used at Prince is tested daily and certified as per USP.
