Princes Group is a global food and beverage company based in the United Kingdom, producing and distributing branded and private-label products for major retailers, food service operators, wholesalers, and other manufacturers, and it maintains a portfolio of brands including Napolina, Crosse & Blackwell, Crisp 'n Dry, Branston Beans, Jucee, and its own Princes brand. It offers products across more than 20 categories, such as fish, meat, fruits and vegetables, soups, pastes, pasta, cooking sauces, edible oils, and soft drinks. The company operates seven UK manufacturing sites and facilities in Mauritius and Poland, with offices in Liverpool, Leeds (Symington’s), Warsaw, and Rotterdam. Founded in 1880 as a fish importing business in Liverpool, the group expanded into food production in 1946 and continues to base its international headquarters in Liverpool. Since July 2024, Princes Group has been a wholly owned subsidiary of New Princes, and it completed an initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange on 31 October 2025.
