ProAccess was established in March of 2001 as a Wholesale Broker specializing in professional liability coverage’s. ProAccess is lead by Jim Young who has over 30 years of professional liability experience, as an underwriter, broker and managing general agent. As one of the founders and fourteen year board member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS), Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and valuable relationships to retail agents. We utilize admitted and surplus lines carriers. We specialize in the following: • Lawyers • Accountants • Health Care professionals • Miscellaneous professional • Employment practices • Excess coverage Programs ProAccess is the Managing General Agent for the ProSight Specialty Insurance Co. Lawyers Professional Liability program for law firms on a country-wide basis. We are writing Primary, Excess and quota share lines on all size firms. ProAccess is a Select Agent for the Firemans’ Fund lawyer’s professional liability program including primary and excess lines on a nationwide basis. Open Brokerage ProAccess is an appointed Wholesale Broker for Berkeley Select Specialty. In addition we have appointments with AM Best A rated carriers to place all classes of professional liability insurance.
