Procacci Development Corporation was founded more than thirty years ago by Philip J. Procacci with his father, Pasquale Procacci. From its inception, the Company has specialized in numerous segments of real estate, initially constructing single family homes, repositioning neighborhood shopping centers, renovating and repurposing buildings and ultimately diversifying into the development of cutting-edge Class "A" office buildings. Over the years, the Procacci portfolio has ranged from 100,000 square feet to more than one million square feet.
