A Physician owned and operated practice, ProCenture HealthCare Solutions provide a hospitals, nursing homes, rehab facilities, clinics and other healthcare facilities nationwide with services, which primarily include: medical staffing, transitions-in-care home visit, house calls, I LIE and medical-legal consulting.
The medical staffing division work with Physicians (MD and DO), Physicians Assistants (PA), Nurse Practitioners (APN), Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA), for long and short-term contracted assignments, practice and group management, permanent opportunities, temporary/part-time work, and other staffing needs around the country. We utilize these networks of experienced physicians and extenders to stabilize departmental programs, build long-term relationships between the providers and facilities, and work with hospital and facility administration to improve patient care, quality measures, DRGs, re-admissions and patient satisfaction.

ProCenture Transitions-in-care plus and House Call programs offer tested and effective post-discharge interventions proven to reduce 30-day readmissions, provide effective transitions-in-care between patients and their primary care physicians, drive down cost and boost HRRP ratings. Our post-discharge program encompasses detail communications between the patient, physicians, family and healthcare facilities to ensure that patients are well informed of their current medical conditions and hospital treatment.

ProCenture provides all necessary face-to-face and telemedicine medical treatment modalities for the patients in the comfort of their homes utilizing physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistant. We utilize a multidisciplinary approach to provide the necessary educational materials, medication reconciliations and resources required by patients to survive at home, decrease hospital and emergency visits and lead a comfortable life at home.
