Procida, a third generation, family-owned construction and real estate development company, develops, builds and markets luxury, market rate and affordable housing.  We develop neighborhoods.  We develop communities.  

Founded in 1928, and headquartered in the Bronx since the mid 1970’s, Procida, originally a general construction and construction management company, entered the development business in the mid 1980’s.  Procida was one of the early leaders in the development and construction of affordable housing in the City of New York, focusing its efforts in the redevelopment of the Bronx, the outer reaches of Brooklyn, and upper Manhattan.  

Over the past 25 years Procida has built in excess of 5,000 housing units, in addition to being involved in the development and construction of numerous commercial developments.
