A Word About Our Firm

Michele Procino-Wells opened her Seaford office in 2005. Since then, Amber B. Woodland has joined the firm to form the partnership of Procino-Wells & Woodland, LLC.  The firm now consists of three attorneys and a large team between two offices located in Seaford and Lewes.

We pride ourselves on offering quality, expert legal services in a personable way. We have worked hard to become a “boutique” firm specializing in only certain areas of law while maintaining a small-town, comfortable office atmosphere.

We are sensitive to concerns about legal expenses. Each matter you bring us will be handled in the most cost-efficient and cost-effective basis possible.

Michele Procino-Wells, Esquire

Mrs. Procino-Wells has been practicing law in Delaware since 1995, concentrating in elder law, estate planning, and probate. She holds a B.A. from Penn State University, a law degree (J.D.) from Widener University and a graduate master of laws degree in taxation (LL.M) from Villanova University.


Amber B. Woodland, Esquire

Mrs. Woodland focuses her practice primarily in all aspects of elder law, estate planning, and probate.  She earned her B.A. from Flagler College and her J.D. from Regent University School of Law.
