Product Faculty offers a live, 30-day training program designed for AI product teams seeking to advance from curiosity to execution. Based in San Francisco, California, the program targets teams rather than individuals and is developed with practitioners from Anthropic, Cursor, and OpenAI. Participants complete hands-on capstone projects that apply AI agents and AI-native workflows, avoiding slides-only lectures and generic prompts while emphasizing an operating-model shift. The program sits within the higher education/training space, delivering a structured, practitioner-led pathway for product teams transitioning to AI-native workflows. As part of the broader offering, participants join a curated community of product leaders, supporting immediate skills transfer and a lasting mindset shift. In 2022, the program was recognized as the No. 1 course for senior product managers for the third consecutive year.
