Professional Christian Coaching Institute provides life and leadership coach training through a virtual program that integrates Christian faith with an International Coach Federation-aligned curriculum. The school is based in Edgar Springs, Missouri, and serves a global student body reached through remote instruction. Training is delivered via teleconferencing that works with standard landlines, mobile devices, or VOIP services.

Founder Chris McCluskey is a founding board member of the Christian Coaches Network, linking the organization to the broader Christian coaching community. The faculty consists of Christian coaches certified by the ICF who operate their own coaching practices, and all core courses carry ICF approval as ACSTH. The institute also offers business development and marketing classes, plus advanced specialty topics to help students establish coaching practices. Students come from diverse professional backgrounds, including business leaders, counselors and therapists, pastors and missionaries, nurses, and stay-at-home moms, with networking encouraged as part of the program.
