Professional Financial Solutions, LLC (PFS) is an SEC-registered investment advisor that was established in April 1997 and is based in Fairfax, Virginia. We provide individuals, families, and small business owners with prudent, unbiased financial planning and investment management services to help them accomplish their financial goals and reduce some of the stress of everyday life. We are a fee-only advisor, compensated solely by the fees paid directly by clients; we do not receive commissions. We implement investment portfolios based on academic research and primarily use passively managed mutual funds given their lower costs and long-term performance. We perform all of our work in-house; we do not outsource any services. We also serve our clients as a firm so they benefit from the efforts of both principals.
