Professional Photographers of America (PPA) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1868 and based in Atlanta, Georgia. It serves as a professional community for photographers, providing education, resources, and upholding industry standards to support skill development and professional integrity. Through competition, certification, and degree programs, PPA helps members refine their craft and distinguish themselves to clients, serving a global membership across many countries.
