We are a select group of construction professionals providing in-depth experience in all areas of fast-track, design-build, build-to-suit, new construction and renovation/expansion projects. 

We provide Project Management Services for Architects, Contractors, Engineers, Government Agencies, and Private Clients. Our Team provides a compliment of education, expertise and experience that few can match. 

Our Services range from preliminary budgeting and planning to serving as an Owner's authorized Project Manager to oversee and coordinate an entire project from Master Planning, Entitlements, Design through Construction and Occupancy. We are recognized for out in-depth construction management skills and the ability to manage fast-paced, complex projects under tight deadlines. 

We provide invaluable pre-contruction phase services consisting of Cost Estimating including Development Costs and Construction Costs;  Project Scheduling; Value Engineering Analysis.

PPM was founded in 1992 and  is a Minnesota corporation solely owned and managed by Douglas L. Holmberg, PE-CPE-MBA.
