Profile Grinding is a fourth-generation, family-owned manufacturer of precision-machined components and assemblies. Our specialty is producing very small to small/medium parts for the hydraulics, transportation, automotive, and durable/capital goods industries. Our capabilities include: Swiss Machining PGI specializes in Swiss machining of high-precision components up to 32mm diameter, ensuring exceptional accuracy and repeatability. CNC Machining Our CNC machining capabilities include both turning and milling, with advanced equipment and expertise in hard turning up to 60 Rockwell. CNC Grinding We provide precise CNC grinding services, including ID and OD grinding, for components up to 4” diameter, ensuring superior surface finishes and dimensional accuracy. Centerless Grinding Our centerless grinding capabilities allow us to efficiently produce high-precision components up to 4” diameter by 8” long. Material Treatments PGI manages all of your material treatment needs, including heat treating, plating, and other finishing processes, providing a one-stop shop for all of your machining and finishing requirements.
