Our Principals were trained by the carriers to price, negotiate, and audit telecom contracts.  We offer contract review and renegotiation, comprehensive bill audit, and billing optimization services on behalf of enterprises with a minimum spend of $ 1M per year.  Representative savings and recovery results exceed 30% of spend.

• Since 2015 our Intelligent Automated B2B Payment Processing Solution has helped many Fortune 1000 companies turn their accounts payable organizations into a profit center by leveraging intelligent automation to optimize payment routes, methods, and increments to maximize cash rebates that are shared with our clients.  We have historically generated a new revenue stream of between $ 9M - $17M per $ 1B processed. 

• Since 2011, our Logistics Spend Management Practice has been a leading provider of logistics cost management and consulting services both domestically and internationally for companies with spend over $ 500k annually.  We have successfully negotiated billions of dollars in freight & small parcel contracts and conducted audits/validation without adversely impacting current relationships or service levels. Savings/recovery typically yields a spend reduction of 20% or more.  

• Since 2001, our Healthcare Cost Containment Practice has partnered with over 700 self-insured commercial and public organizations (Minimum 500 plan participants) in reducing and controlling their cost of healthcare by providing retrospective and prospective audits on medical claims paid or to be paid by the companies' third party administrators.  Recovery and/or savings achieved usually result in spend reduction of more than 20%.
